Eligibility

Returns or replacements are accepted if:

  • The product was damaged, leaked, or wrong item was delivered.
  • The request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Used or opened products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Process

  • Email us at care@myherb.in with your order ID and issue photo.
  • Our support team will verify and approve your return within 24–48 hours.
  • Upon approval, the replacement/refund will be initiated immediately.

Refund Timelines

Refunds will reflect in your account within 5–7 business days after product pickup and quality check.

Non-Returnable Items

Trial packs, sachets, and promotional freebies are non-returnable.
